The Grand Manor, charming holiday lodging for 1 to 10 people on the seafront

This large gite is equipped to accommodate from 1 to 10 people. It offers 4 large bedrooms, a vast living area, an open and fully equipped kitchen, two sanitary rooms, 150 m ².

Comfortable, the Grand Manor - Manar Braz - has kept the charm of the old with its stone walls and its 16th century staircase in the tower that connects the 3 floors. The 2 rooms on the 1st floor are of typical architecture, with their angle benches under the windows oriented south. A great deal of regional furniture, some originally in the manor, contributes to the authenticity of this accommodation.

If there are maximum 4 guests off-season, you can rent this cottage with only two bedrooms and a bathroom (contact us for more information).

Living area

In a traditional atmosphere, it offers a large corner sofa, a typically Breton bench, flat screen tv, hifi and books.

The dining area offers a large Breton monastery table, with its extensions, and 12 chairs.

Kitchen

Fully equipped, it includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, combined fridge-freezer (3 drawers), dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, crockery for 10 people.

Bathroom

In this bathroom you will find a walk-in shower, 1 washbasin, 1 heated towel radiator.

This lodging also includes 1 separate WC with washbasin on this level.

1st floor

Bedroom 1: double bed 140×190

It offers a bed of 140×190 with duvet and pillows, two bedside lamps, a wardrobe, table and iron.

Bedroom 2: 2 beds 80×200:

Its 2 beds are adjustable in a double bed or 2 twin beds. You will find duvets, pillows, two bedside tables with their lamps and a wardrobe.

Bathroom:

Double washbasin, bathtub with bath screen, toilet.

Separate toilet with washbasin on the landing.

2nd floor

Bedroom 3:

This room under the eaves offers 2 beds:

  • 1 bed of 140×190,
  • 1 bed of 120×190

And of course duvets, pillows, two bedside lamps, one wardrobes and one linen closet.

Bedroom 4:

Also under the eaves you will find:

  • 2 beds of 80×200, modulable as a double bed or twin beds,
  • 1 additional bed of 90×190

    • With all necessary quilts and pillows, bedside tables with their lamps and a wardrobe.
